Top Sound has several final assembly lines that feature modern powered conveyor systems. Each assembly line utilizes computer-based acoustical and electrical testing equipment to ensure that the system performance meets the customer’s requirements. The NTI PC-based software allows 100% inspection of critical system performance parameters for such characteristics as frequency response, impedance and mechanical ‘rub and buzz,’ and provides statistical analysis for shipment qualification.
