Top Sound has a staff that includes both mechanical engineers and a loudspeaker systems engineer. Capabilities include mechanical enclosure and component design and analysis, passive crossover design, printed circuit board design and acoustical analysis. Technical capabilities also include a high-capacity structural testing facility that includes a PC-based “S” beam load cell for testing enclosure rigging hardware. Typically constructed systems equipped with rigging hardware are pull tested to ensure they conform to customer structural safety requirements.
